There seems to be the knowledge there to help me get my lawn looking good and keep the weeds down.
When they say they will be there they are
Good service.
Your service is excellent. The only problem I have is that I get notified via a text that a treatment is too be performed on that day and nobody shows up. Maybe the next day or even several days later they show up unexpectedly to perform the treatment. We have two small dogs and they can be a real pain for the individual performing the treatment as they will follow them around everywhere and continually get in their way, so we like to keep them in the house when a treatment is too be performed. That is the reason, we like to be notified when the service person is to perform a treatment. If the texts that are being sent from the TruGreen headquarters as opposed to the service person, it is my belief that the service person that is scheduled to perform the treatment should be the person to send the texts as he is "on the ground" and knows his route, schedule and is aware of local weather conditions.
I like being informed before they arrive when they will be here and what they will be doing. There is a definite difference in the grass as far as thickness goes. Very few weeds now. All of their service people are very friendly and polite.

Our service specialist for our last tree and shrub application was Evan Mason - he was especially courteous and answered all the questions we had. He performed the service in a timely manner and was careful to close the gate after finishing the service. He was very efficient and we will certainly recommend him to our friends.
All the Tru Green specialists we have had in the past have been very efficient, courteous and all the services were done as we were expecting.
