I never got a prepay billing in Dec23. I have gotten 2 treatments so far in 2024 on
my tailored plan and the tree/shrub. plan . I called 1/30/24 and paid 1.863.71 to correct the
payment billing. I do need a statement of the services to be done in 2024.

Everyone who arrived at the house was very responsible in letting you know what time they were coming. They were friendly, respectful and helpful. They listened to your wishes for the yard, explained what they were doing and why and were willing to do anything extra if they could. The people were great, it remains to be seen if the grass is significantly better since I started later in the summer. I hope so because they are a good service to work with.
