My lawn & shrubs did great this year. However, I did have some trouble in communicating with you die to my calls being routed to a central call center and they couldn't or woudn't transfer me to the local office which has always been excellent in dealing with.

All my yard needs are met. The people who do it are polite and know what they're doing. If I have a problem, they let me know and if they can fix it they do. If there is something I need to do, then they tell me and I will do what is necessary.
