This is the second year we have had TRUGREEN provide our services. Every thing has been done in a timely and satisfactory manner. We have absolutely no complaints. We appreciate the heads up phone calls several days before the service and of course, the day of the service. Every technician has been friendly and knowledgeable of their job. Today we weren't home, so we missed Shawn Lorhan aerating our lawn, but the invoice was left on the door handle as expected and detailed to meet our expectations. I especially like the notification of leaving the plugs and not removing them........which is tempting! The aeration was completed to our satisfaction.

Always do a great job on our lawn from the first service in spring to the last in the fall. Appreciate the good descriptions of what was done each time, as well as the reminders and suggestions for watering by the technicians. Love love love the TruGreen app! Its to early to be specific other than the following. In general, the sales rep (Kristen) is knowledgeable and the service provided in the last few weeks is being implemented well (as far as I can tell to date) and the communication (Christa) is made a priority which is essential to building a vendor relationship.
Now, its a matter of results and overall impact for the cost. Furthermore, I am entrusting my rather large investment to your company to see that your products are applied as designed and specifically result in a benefit to the landscape which is easily noticeable by the tenants, prospective tenants and the owner. We'll see in the next couple months.
