Trugreen is very proactive and responsive to cutomer needs. I never have to call for service. They always send notification when service is scheduled. Lawn is starting to look great and my trees and shrubs are thriving. Would like to see better weed control, though. Some weeds are not going away.

I was disappointed that my aeration occurred automatically just because I upgraded my service plan, since my previous aeration was completed just a month ago.
