She is excellent!

Lucia is very thorough. She always asks if there are any issues with my trees and shrubs, as well as my grass. Since she started conducting our tree and shrub services, we have seen a significant change in how healthy our shrubs look. I dis not have this with other services I received in the past. I rate Lucia as a 10 because she earned it.

Specialist: 100950, Gianni Slay performed our desertscape service on 04/23/2020 at 1:14 PM. He did call us to inform us of when he expected to arrive. Due to Covid-19 guidelines he did not knock on door and we did not speak in person. When he called earlier I asked him to just perform the service & leave printout on the door which he did. Gianni was very polite & courteous on the phone when he called to inform us of his approximate arrival time. Kudos to him.

Lucia H. is our Specialist and she is the best!! Always pleasant, professional, and answers our questions knowledgeably. She helped set us up with desert scape in addition to our regular grass maintenance.
