My specialist was Steve Clifford. Steve was a true specialist in that he went way beyond the call of duty to inform me of what was going on with my trees, how the problems were going to be fixed, and many things to be aware of in my yard and how I should deal with what might be future problems. I really appreciate it when a service rep has very useful information and takes the time to share it.
