I actually have a problem with the service, but we are in the midst of fixing. Seems the truscape misses a large amount of weeds and they are called back. On top of it they sprayed multiple non weeds killing them, but a customer service rep came out investigated and provided a credit on our bill.
I appreciate the text notifications prior to arrival and maps provided to track technician movements. All techs have been courteous and professional.

I had an emergent weed problem in my lawn. After some initial confusion coordinating with Trugreen, I got through to representatives who understood and handled the problem perfectly. My lawn is looking great again. I urge Trugreen to use folks who don’t just read from a script, but who engage in meaningful customer service.
