True Green is great. Really helped my grass and some weeds. I was very happy with them. This yr they stopped sprinkler service. Very upset. Really wish they didn't do that. That stinks.

When I had a problem in the past, like maybe weeds that showed up after a treatment, I was always able to call in and get someone over to fix it. I also had a supervisor give me his cell phone number to call if there were any problems. Service is important!

I was VERY impressed by the service and plan that Benjamin Primm helped me to work up on my trees when he was at my home March 12,2021. I would like to request that he take care of my property. I'd rate Benjamin an 11!!
I am a bit distressed by the fact that I received a txt about an upcoming service on Monday, March 22, 2021 and I do NOT believe this is one of the services Benjamin and I worked up. I tried to reschedule on line and on my cell phone with the link and it will not allow me to do so. I called and there is a 45 minute wait. I asked choose the prompt to be called back. Since this is Friday and the service is scheduled Monday I need to get this corrected!
Also my services I can see on line are now not priced correctly. I was going to prepay this afternoon for the lawn portion but the price is not correct. I can not prepay for the tree portion until the services are corrected. I need to speak to a person as it is Friday and if a service is done on Monday that I don't authorize there will be a big problem. This is my first year with TruGreen and I like what I see but I am not impressed at not being able to contact a live person in regards to my services or billing when there is a problem. Please help!! I would like to get my account straightened out and I would LOVE to be able to prepay for the entire season. First name removed

Did a good job putting down the fertilizer. Just wished they would blow off the sidewalk of all the extra fertilizer that lands on it.
