The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable
I learned the type of grasses and weeds that were in my lawn. The tech let me know what treatment would be applied and the expected results. He was very personable and knowledgeable.
If there has been a need to reapply a treatment you have done so in a timely manner.

Glenn Womble came out today to do my lawn service, left a huge list of notes, what he saw and recommended. I appreciate the thoroughness and attention, thank you for all you do; keep it up! My yard was serviced by Lonnie Forte! Lonnie was a very likeable guy who did an excellent job servicing my lawn! When I went out to meet Lonnie he had already spread the fertilizer and could see the granules. Then in 92 degree temperature he went around the entire yard, front and back and sprayed for weed control. Please reward him with a job well done and a monetary gift, he deserves it! Thanks Lonnie for doing a great job under hot conditions! God Bless!
Now for TruGreen. The only reason I gave you a 10 was for Lonnie's sake! May 10th was my last service prior to this current one. The weeds in my yard were never so bad as this year. I would like to have Lonnie as my permanent service rep! Every time I get service there is a different rep. And the quality of service is different with every one who comes out! Keeping the same service rep in his or her own territory will give them more familiarity with the yards they service and their customers! And there is a trust and rapport built up between customer and service rep! I speak from experience being a service rep with Xerox Corp. for 21 years! I know customer service and I know how to keep customers very happy!
TruGreen needs to reevaluate the entire structure of their company and make some serious changes focused on the customer experience and not the 'bean counters' data. These young guys coming right out of college have no idea what customer relations is all about! All they care about is the bottom line. This is wrong! Those service guys, not the 'bean counters' are the face of your company and need to be treated well.
It is done with in a timely manner and with minimal disruption to my family’s schedule.
