We are notified about date of service. Most technicians are professional and try to do their jobs. COVID has stopped some customer/ client interactions, which I hope will soon resume. When there is service and I can talk to the Technician, get some idea what is being done. A couple are a little careless about what they do.
Trugreen is prompt on their time schedules and work efficiency.

Well Christopher Parker made sure that he treated my entire lawn and i really did appreciate that.
Informed staff
I was about to cancel my services. I had an appointment on 2/23/2022 and no one called or came. I called at 5:00 and was told that the service would happen on 2/24/2022. I hate when I am told something will occur and it doesn't. Even if you had told me the service would not be done for another week, I would be fine with that as long as that is what occurs. I told the phone operator that if I didn't get the service, I would cancel my plan.
Christopher Parker (specialist #139966) came and completed my service. I was very happy and impressed with his work and explanation of what would happen.
I would like to request that Christopher Parker be the specialist that does my servicing from this point on.
He basically save you from having this service cancelled and request for refunds of my money. I will continue with TruGreen while Christopher services my yard.
I like having the same technician to do my lawn each time. Alva B. was terrific. He knew my grass type immediately after getting off the truck. He listened carefully to my concerns and addressed everything we talked about. I request to have him do my lawn for every service.
