Dana H serviced my lawn today. She took a break from servicing my lawn last year and I immediate noticed the change in quality. Over the winter, I had an infestation of winter weeds that took over my yard. This wouldn't have happened if Dana H was around. She came out and assessed the damage and treated it. She informed me the shortfalls and why the winter weeds infested my lawn.
I don't want random techs showing up and spraying and praying. I want a professional tech who has a plan. Dana has a plan and she lets me know what it is.
Pay that lady! She proved to me she is worth it.

The specialist makes appointments as schedule. I received mosquito treatment and it is working fine there aren’t any problems. My shrubbery looks great, however, my lawn needs work something is wrong, it is not looking healthy.

Cameron M. came today for the mosquito treatment. He is very knowledgeable and incredibly polite. We have spoken to him on a couple of occasions about different issues we were having, and he let us know about a lot of different treatments that were available, and the best way to go about requesting them. We followed his advice, and the next day, the TruGreen team came back and combated one of the problems we were having. While all our interactions with TruGreen employees have been very informative and professional, we are always happy to see Cameron.

Ms. Dana Hall, and Noah were outstanding! Ms. Dana is very knowledgeable, and educated me on different things to better take care of my lawn and also about certain different tree/shrubs disease conditions/ parasites etc.
I just had my first treatment on 5/6/2020. I was told that its takes at least a week or so to see results. But, the specialist Dana Hall was very thorough, informative, polite, and respectful.
In fact, I would like Dana to service my lawn for all seven (7) treatments. Updates will be given.

Dana explained the substance she was laying down, went over each ant mound to help prevent further ant hills, explained what she was doing and what kind of ants I had. She looked at my shrubs for me and explained what TruGreen could do to help. I bought a new package to help my shrubs, oak tree and crepe myrtles to make them healthier.
I would like to have Dana has my TruGreen tech each time please, she is GREAT!!! Has a lot of knowledge and is willing to take the time to go help me understand what I can do to help my plants grow better.
The guy was great, I got to my house after he started, but was able to talk with him, explain our yard area and go over a few things. He completed the yard in a very timely manner.

Yesterday was the first time I saw my service person in action and wanted to comment how hard she worked (Dana) and dedicated she was in doing the best job possible. To be honest, especially in these time, I was concerned if this was the best way to spend my money or, if I should attempt it myself. However, once I saw you guys in action, and after seeing the results, I'm much more comfortable with the agreement and know I wouldn't ever be able to do what you do. In fact, I was so impressed, I hardly blinked an eye when Dana said I needed an additional treatment for a grub, or something. Though I didn't completely understand, I felt comfortable she wasn't steering me wrong and had my best interest in mind.
I know this is a bit more than necessary to just say, I appreciate the job she did and impressed by how hard she worked to take care of my yard. Please tell her, 'Thank you' for me.
Customer service is willing to help out with billing during the virus pandemic. I initially called to cancel. I stuck with them after they worked with me.

Easy to work with and very professional
Cameron McKee came out and did our mosquito defense service. He was very polite and called exactly like he was supposed too. Explained everything in details unexplained how long til the dogs can go out. Cameron was awesome! I would love for him to do our mosquito service everytime! Vernon also came out to to my lawn and he also called and explained what he was doing. My weeds are dying he did a great job servicing my lawn. In very satisfied with the guys that have been out so far! I give them both a 10 out of 10 anytime!
Joshua T came out to apply fire ant control the other day. He took extra time to talk with me about other areas of my lawn that I’m working on, and gave his opinion and advice. I’ve always had good interactions with the employees that come out and help take care of my yard.
