Dana has continued to do a very good job with my lawn. At first I was concerned about the rain vs lack of rain, but she explained how some of the products need to be watered in and some of them need to be dry (I mistakenly thought every product had to be dry). Which shows me that she is paying attention to when she is applying the product properly acording to the weather. This season she has completely eradicated the broadleaf weeds in my yard and the bermuda is looking much healthier.We're now past the season and into pre-emergent, and I'm excited to see what progress I will make next year with eliminating the crabgrass, so that I can thicken up the bermuda even more in the future.One thing I would like is if the service emails contained specific information about the application being performed on the day they are being performed, instead of me having to call to find out. Sometimes the phone messages before the service contain these details; sometimes not. This has nothing to do with the specialist though (it's an automated system), and Dana has been awesome to work with. So that's why I'm bumping my review up to a 10.
Dana is awesome. She has treated my new lawn twice. Both times she has a trainee with her and she coaches them through the treatment techniques and also teaches me several things about my lawn.

Dana Hall is the reason why I signed up with Trugreen, she is outstanding. My neighbor recommended Trugreen and Dana because of her passion for the work she preforms. Dana takes the time to explain what she is doing and why. My lawn needed a lot of work but after a few visits from Dana it has dramatically improved.

John Adkins,tree and shrub service does a very thorough spray on my tree and shrubs. when I ask questions he is willing to take time and answer all my questions to my satisfaction.Very nice, which is so important, taking time to listen, and performing a good spray is always a plus. Good Job.
