Reliability
Call in advance to notify customer of service day but this did NOT happen last Friday, January 27 2023 when you serviced home 4 doors down from our address. We have been gone last 2 weeks so we were unaware of this until our neighbor called us.
We have been using Trugreen for several years and have been very satisfied with their services.
Very thorough, on time, knowledgeable technicians, friendly and courteous. My only jab so to speak is that each year there is a price increase, we pay on a yearly basis and in my opinion it would be a common courtesy to offer a long term existing customers a little retention pricing incentive and at the least hold it for a few years. We all understand how "everything" is inflated these days, but lets try to keep and retain steady customers with a little off this. Would sure appreciate that, and would avoid the search for someone to do the same service for less.

Rasheed Rushing provided lawn service last week. (supervisor Farentino Bonds). He came to door to explain that he was there to provide service. He was friendly and professional. We have used TruGreen since 1985 and are noticing that more of our neighbors are also.
All of the technicians I have met so far were professional, knowledgable and courteous. Those same qualties can be said of the staff I have dealt with on the phone.
They arrived when scheduled , performed their service efficiently.
