Well once I see that the lawn is in good shape I can relate to that question more, but right now the great customer service on the phone and the person I met today from branch # 5069 by the name of Theo Marsh. Mr. Marsh was very cordial and explained everything he was going to do for me this morning and I appreciate that a lot more in person instead of reading it on a piece of paper. Face to face is better customer service instead of leaving a note and driving away. Words of advise, meet the customers, unless they don't want to be present. Thank you, First name removed.

Andre Allen was an excellent technician. He was friendly and knowledgably. He walked me through the lawn and showed me issues to work on.
He had excellent, polite demeanor.
It was helpful to have a documented review of the service provided. Also, the phone call made today for further information was useful.

And now for the more important question: Who do I NOT like about your services ?
The fact that no one will contact me to discuss some specific questions that I have about my lawn. It's been well over a week that I requested to speak with someone other than Trudy about my lawn. So far, no response from either my local office or even someone at the district office. That tells me that you don't want to take the time to speak with your customers. This criticism does not apply to my lawn service specialists because they are more than willing to talk and try answer my questions.
Derick was very professional and friendly. He rang the doorbell and informed when he arrived and when he was finished. We have been customers of TruGreen for a number of years and are very satisfied with your service. Your staff are dependable and come when they say they are coming or call and reschedule. We also appreciate the calls to inform us when you will be coming to perform a service. Thank you again Derick. Great job TruGreen.
