I wanted to send you a note about what a great job Hakeem Doles is doing at our property. Lawn looks great, responded to some troublesome weeds which are disappearing, and adjusted his route to my needs yesterday. I had just started cutting the grass when he showed up coming down the street. I was trying to get the grass cut before he applied the next application. He saw what I was doing, gave me the "circling" hand gesture indicating he would do the other lawns in the neighborhood and then come back. I just got done and as he was rolling up again. Perfect. I appreciate his thoughtfulness. He is a great ambassador for TruGreen.

Andre Allen came by on August 30 and put down lime to help with the lawn. He was very courteous and rang the door bell to tell me he was going to put down the lime and we went over the procedure. The work only took a few minutes and he closed both gates when he was done. Very helpful and professional..
