I like that I receive advance notice of a service call because I can review the situation prior to the tech's arrive and be able to discuss the situation intelligently. Second, the technician's (Derick) technical knowledge is perfect for my needs, offering great suggestions to improve lawn quality, how to deal with weeds and sparse areas, even offering landscape ideas. Well I had my first broad leaf weed application. He noticed mole cricket damage (which has been here since last year) and said to call him. I talked to Whitney and she scheduled the bug application.
When I talked to Justin Aylsworth he said the bug program would take care of the mole crickets and grubs. Sure hope so, cause if not there is going to be some talk.

The person who sprayed the yard stated that he knocked on the door and we did not answer, well that is not true. My dog would have barked till we got up. That is her job. So the statement saying he knocked on the door is false.

Did the technician notice the round dead spots in my backyard for possible brown patch fungus?

My Specialist's name is Derick Larry, and he came to my home this morning for my initial service visit. After examining my lawn, he explained what needed to be done and how he was going to proceed. I found Derick to be very polite and professional, and he was very thorough in answering any questions or concerns I had about my lawn care regimen. He did a great job, and I appreciate his service. I wish they would assign the same tech to maintain the property each visit. That way you get to know him and he gets to know the problems with the property. I had Robert B this visit and other times also, he explains everything he is doing and what needs to be done. He does a wonderful job

Specialist 89548 Jacquan Jenkins did a great job today. I had some concerns about the yard and he listened and had some recommendations. He recommended the various mole and mosquito treatments and we are going to go ahead and sign up for the 12-month service. I really appreciated his help today.

The specialist left a written detail of the services and recommendations for me.

I just happened to be outside of my home yesterday when my Lawn Care Specialist, Jimmie B arrived. He quickly introduced himself and explained the service he would be providing; he was very detailed in explaining about the winter weeds and the weed control service he was administering. Jimmie is very courteous and genuinely cares about my lawn and seeing it flourish; he went further to also explain future applications. Jimmie represents Trugreen with integrity, and he loves his job and servicing our community.

Brian Thiele was knowledgeable about the situation I brought to him. he was helpful in giving hints on how to take care of my problem . he was not in a rush and volunteered information that was helpful. Very professional!
