Chris Pender was very friendly and helpful. But above all, he did a very thorough job. I have had services like this in the past - - and avoid using them now, because the tech show up, spend 5 minutes and leave; amounting to a waste of my money. I only called you guys because of bag worms in one tree that we cannot reach. Had intended to cancel after the first service (which I told you up front). But after seeing everything Chris did I decided to keep the service. Only problem is - the bagworms are still there! Wish I could place an order to get you back out here just to treat this one tree again FROM THIS WEBSITE - but looks like I'll have to call.
My technician, Richard Wells, spent time with me going over my plan and new treatments. I showed him, and he noted, areas that were missed last fall when aerating and over seeding. He recorded these and will make sure they are addressed in the fall.
