TruGreen offers exceptional customer service. They want their customers to be 100% satisfied. On two occasions over the years we have had a complaint about our service and within two days, they sent an employee out to correct the problem. Our lawn is much improved since having the service of TruGreen.
Service has always been very good. However, last year we had a situation that damaged most of our lawn, we think it was caused by a faulty applicator, A good portion of are yard was completely gone from a faulty applicator. However, once we reported this issue, TruGreen rectified the situation and had our yard completely replanted. We have recently noticed that the level of expertise has continued to increased and the person to person contact, when we are available, has also improved greatly. Good job TruGreen!

I was sent a survey before the yard was completed so I answered badly because they had not actually been here yet. There was a mix up and David Hart just showed up and spent time with me talking about the yard issues. I appreciate the time that he spent with me and I would give him an excellent rating!
We do have one issue with a weed called Sedge which we are finding on the right side of our home and also in small areas on both sides. We would like you to spray for this! Great service however!
Services are timely, and seems to be working fine. I do not have to worry about feeding my lawn by using TruGreen.

The customer service has been really good. We were a LawnAmerica customer, so when we got switched over to you, there were just a few issues but customer service took care of everything quickly. So far the lawn treatments are going well and we are happy!

I am thrilled to be mosquito free! It is just glorious to be able to go outside without spraying chemicals on my body to keep the mosquitoes at bay! I love the treatment and I look forward to the future treatments as we have had an abundance of rain. Thank you TruGreen!
Technicians a professional, thorough and experienced. Services have improved the appearance and value of my lawn. Dustin performed my last lawn service. He went over my lawn to make sure all areas were covered. Left a report with his treatment and findings
I am not sure the service is making much difference in the appearance of my lawn but will give it another year to see if there is improvement. I have had issues in the day of service with not being able to predict when the technician will show up. I receive a message saying they will arrive shortly and 3 hours later they have not arrived. When I track them in the app they are expected in the hour but when they don’t show up I go back to the app and the time has been changed for the next hour. This happened for an entire day......they showed up around 5:30 when the original time was between 7:00am-12:00pm. I have a dog and had to keep her in the house for the entire day. Not ideal.
