We see great improvement of the grass in our lawn and very much happy with the result. Customer service is very good esp that in one instance, we had to call to raise a concern. Immediate action was taken by scheduling a specialist without incurring any extra cost but rather to ensure customer satisfaction. Lastly, Mr. Edward Kennelly the specialist who visits regularly is most commendable for his excellent work in ensuring our lawn gets the service required for it to be healthy and pleasing to the eyes. He was able to explain well the treatment being done with my husband when he chanced upon him and the same thing on notes left after each visit. Thank you Edward and TruGreen!
