My ONLY complaint is that I was never compensated for the referrals of both of my neighbors. It's easy to track and see that I started service before 1130 Fieldstone and 1134 Fieldstone just came on board. The complicated referral program, and now no referral program are disappointing. Otherwise, I'm extremely satisfied.

On your second visit, once again we had no phone call. Call, no Text please. Call Phone number removed the day before since we have to unlock the 6' fence and keep 3 dogs inside. If no one calls like all 3 visits so far it is a problem for Daniel and Beth. Gates have to be unlocked from the inside to the back lawn.
Margaret on 2nd visit said she couldn't treat back yard, the gate was locked, and she'd have someone come back. I called and was told on the phone the same thing. No one ever came?
We were originally told the visits would be $55.00 per visit, but they are billing us at $63, please explain. If you are charging the same plastic card, that is a problem, advise me, Daniel

It would have been better if we knew ahead that he would be here at 7:30 am on Saturday am since we are retired and don't rush on weekends. We are delighted with our relationship and pleased with your great service. Help us with these small important issues. yard last year was in very bad shape. This past fall I called TruGreen had them aerate and over seed. Signed up for both yard and shrub service, now it's spring yard looks great. Thick green grass no weeds.
The only negative, I got my son to sign up for TruGreen service and never received the gift card I was told I would get for recommending someone to TruGreen.
