I was very upset with the service that I received on Aug 8 and I called and explained how unprofessional your technician, Mason Sanders was that he did not complete the service which I was paying for. The gentlemen I spoke to was very understanding and said he would schedule another technician to come to my home and redo the service at no cost to me. On Monday, August 13, Anthony Sharp arrived and asked me what did Mason not complete and he would take care of it. He did the complete treatment over again, was very nice to talk with and he answered my questions in a respectful and informative manner. That's the kind of people I have had do my lawn for the past 9 years. The incident on Aug 8 was very close to having me cancel any further treatments by Trugreen, but Mr. Sharp has regained my confidence and I will continue to be a loyal patron.

The results. Regarding our application yesterday. The receipt said not to irrigate for 24 hours and we had a heavy downpour a few hours after the application. Since weeds are emerging I would like the treatment repeated. Thank You

My service specialist is Robert L(awrence), and I think he does a fine job taking care of my lawn. For instance, he was here yesterday, and he rang the doorbell (as always). I asked if he was going to do the usual weed and feed application, and he said no, this was just a "spot" weed killer. He left a written summary of the service, plus advice on what to do at present to keep the lawn looking good. I appreciate all this, and I like to chat with him about any questions that have come up since last service. He's knowledgeable and friendly, so everything's fine for now.
