Damion was very friendly and personable. Since new Lawn Care Specialist frequently treat my lawn, I prepared a color layout of my house and lawn several years ago. When a new Lawn Care Specialist shows up I just show them my colored drawing with my house, lawn, landmarks, and boundaries clearly marked. He jumped right in and got the job done quickly and exactly as I pointed out on my colored drawing. Great job today. Thanks.

On this recent service (lime application), I had a very nice conversation with the specialist, Ann Langhammer. Very pleasant and she was very efficient in performing the service.
I like the dependability of my service rep, 60584, Robert Lawrence. He knows where my problem areas are, and checks and treats them accordingly. He is pleasant to deal with. I know that he will treat my entire property each time he is present. He always calls on my cell phone to notify me ahead of time that he will be performing service on my lawn, asks if I have any concerns and then handles them appropriately. In the past, I've had several trouble areas and he checks them on each visit and treats them if needed. My lawn is one of the greenest and prettiest in my neighborhood---I like that! The service mgr, John Grzanka, works hard to be sure he is my service rep. and I appreciate that. A good team!!!

Very pleased with both technicians show serviced my lawn. The first one applied Lime last week and the second one (Robert L 5732) applied pre emergent control.
We love TruGreen for so many reasons! They always let us know 24 hours before they come, they knock on the door to let us know they’re here, and they check back with us when they’re finished. Our favorite part of our service though is our specialist Robert. (60584-Robert Lawrence) Robert really goes above and beyond for us. One time he killed a spider I couldn’t reach and today he helped me bring a package in from my porch. He takes the time to really talk to me about what’s going on with lawn, yet he’s such an efficient worker. He noticed some problems we were having with the bushes at the house and was able to recommend a solution for us and we trust Robert to know what’s best for our lawn!

He exhibited professionalism, knowledge and courtesy throughout our interaction. He makes a great ambassador for your company.
I was even more impressed with Robert Lawrence who was knowledgeable (answered all my questions), and provided a great overview of what it will take to get my lawn prepared for the upcoming season. After my conversation with him, I believe I chose the right company and particularly one which has the right employees to manage our lawns.
Lastly, the capability to manage my service on line and stay up to date with the progress and treatments I have acquired is certainly one of the best benefits I have been offered.

I like getting a phone call scheduling our service, your tech coming to the door before starting, then effortlessly applying our treatment, and leaving his notice of what he did. Your employees always seem friendly. Our lawn looks good.

your lawn service does what you promote it will do.....allow for a healthy, attractive, weed free lawn and property. The guys are courteous and helpful. All in all, I get what I pay for.
The techs do an excellent job even if you’re not home at the time. They leave good information for you on the status of your lawn care needs and procedures.
Uses mostly liquid which is less harmful to the environment
Promptness, emails wrt service times and dates, the friendly and informed workers. Troubles with the lawn are acted upon when follow-up needed.
