I like that you let people know ahead of time that you are coming and you can track the arrival if you are not at home. However, if nobody is home, it is hard to know if everything was done that you were suppose to do. Trust is the only way you can do it and hopefully they are covering the entire yard both front and back.
I like knowing when someone is coming to service my lawn. I haven't seen a difference yet, but I am hoping spring will show a vast improvement in the weeds.

Well this time I saw the man; that made me feel good. I saw that he did the job, I wondered if they went in the back yard and sprayed the shrubs. He did. That makes the difference.

On Jan 21, a Trugreen Specialist, Robert L came to treat my lawn with the first preemergence treatment for the upcoming growing season. He rang my doorbell and was very professional in explaining what today's treatment was for. I watched him from inside my home as he surprised me in how professional and complete he was in doing my entire lawn. He did not rush and miss parts of my lawn, as prior Trugreen employees have done recently. I have to admit that I have not been as happy with your service as I was when I first started (about 9 years). The quality of your employees for the most part has been quite disappointing. This young man, was just the opposite, and I could tell from talking to him, after he completed the task that this was someone I would want to have doing my service all the time. Sending a different person every service call, does not help in building up trust between the homeowner and your company.
I am very pleased with my lawn and all of the the things you have done for it. The mosquitoes also have gone away. The materials you use on my shrubs and trees have been a great help. I
have enjoyed my outdoors very much. Thank you!

I am totally satisfied with my service on a regular basis Robert L has done a great job.
I have issues with the person that did my aeration service. You had to do it twice and there are still areas that did not get aerated. Grass is growing but there are still bare spots. So I make the conclusion since I did not see the plugs dug up that the aerator did not touch those areas. The first time I saw him he was not very friendly and was only at my house for approximately 15 minutes. Seems like a lot of money for what I considered substandard service. Seemed he was in too big a hurry. The second time which I appreciate you sending someone out a second time, I did not see any difference in the bare areas.
We will have to wait and see what the Spring season brings!

We just had a treatment of grassy and broadleaf weed control by TruGreen Lawn Care Specialist Robert L. Robert was very professional and courteous. We don't have an ordinary yard and Robert L has been here several times so he knows our yard limits. When I know he is coming I know we are in good hands.
