What I like about your services is the care my lawn gets, and you always show up when scheduled. I would like to give kudos to Deandre Hallmon, branch# 5113. He is very interested in any remarks we may have which concerns our lawn care. Once he has performed the service on our lawn, he takes the time to let us know what's been done and the results we can expect to see. My wife and I are a couple of "old fogies" and Deandre is always patient with us in answering any questions me may have. He is a very pleasant young man who takes his work seriously and shows a genuine concern for the customer. On a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the best, I would rate Deandre at a "5".

I like your services, but I have an issue with the shrubs. The leaves are following off. i took care of these shrubs myself last year. They were very healthly, now it appears they are dying. What is going on?

178076-KENNETH did a great job on the weed and feed application along with telling us what to expect and to do for the best results. The supervisor has never shown up to perform our exclusive Healthy Lawn Analysis that was to be performed on the initial service visit and we are now coming up on the next service visit.

Branch5133 is the service that takes care of my yard. Quentrel W is the lawn care specialist technician who arrives to care for my lawn. He is very professional and courteous and completes the work efficiently. Today after he completed working on my yard, he took the time to talk to me assisting me with information that I needed about my yard care. He assured me that Trugreen would meet my needs, and also recommended services that would ensure my yard looking wonderful. He was very knowledgeable about nutrients, my particular type of soil and grasses, insects that could harm my yard and many other concerns that I had.
He seemed proud of his company, and shared about other homes that used Trugreen and how much they had improved giving me hope for own yard. My home was a rental until my purchase. so it was not cared for properly, but I believe Quentrel that my yard will greatly improve under Trugreens care to one that I will be proud of.
If I could give Quentrel a rating higher than a 10, I would!
This is my first year of having TruGreen treat my yard. I asked for a reservice due to seeing weeds along the curb, driveway and mulched areas. Chucky Francisco performed the service. I received notice he was on his way per the app and I waited 1/2 hour in hopes I could speak with him. Unfortunately, he did not arrive before I had to leave. When I scheduled the reservice I explained my concerns and they were supposed to put it in their notes for him. According to the service summary it looks like the entire yard was redone.
I am hoping I will be at home the next time Chucky shows up. I appreciate the redo and hope the areas I am unhappy with were properly sprayed.

I am happy with TruGreen. My first year I didn't prepay because I wanted the ability to cancel if I was not happy. Now that I have given them a full year with my lawn it looks the best it ever has. Very pleased. I prepay now for the discount
You call and leave a message that you are coming. You leave flags in the yard letting us know you have been there and you can smell around the yard that you did do the work. Don is thorough and always does a good job for us.

I was very happy with DeAndre's service today. Upon arrival, he explained to me what he was going to do. Upon departure, he left a very informative customer service notice, recapping what he did today, what he noticed and his recommendations. Keep up the good work!
