James Bradley and Don Hartzke are very good at explaining what is being done to my lawn and property. Unfortunately, the last two times I have contacted the Phone number removed, the gentleman has not been very helpful. He does not offer any information and offer to find any information except what is in front of him. I can see what is in front of him and if I don't ask the correct questions, he does not supply any other information. I would expect more initative from the representative.
Started tree service for magnolia that was in bad shape as well as azalea's. Tree and azalea's both look green and healthy.

I used to do my own fertilizer and chemical treatments, but I always fell behind on timing. Love that TruGreen gets the timing of applications just right. Also, it is important and helpful that TruGreen offers repeat applications at no additional charge. That is a highly valued service.

so far I have used Trugreen for two services. I have had my lawn treated with the first treatment and I have also used the Mosquito defense treatment. Michael Gordon is my technician for both services and has done an excellent job explaining in detail what both services consist of. I am having my daughter's wedding in a couple of weeks and was looking for mosquito control for the backyard area. I reached out to other mosquito control companies and didn't receive even a response. Trugreen was quick to respond and scheduled my treatment within a couple of days. Hopefully the treatment will have everyone mosquito free for the big night and rest of the summer. Thanks again Michael for all your help.
