I like your service but this past month my grass is starting to turn brown and I had Mole Crickets. They sent a tech out to look at the yard and he said they were going to do 1 treatment since I had already sprayed some cricket killer the week before and it didn't do much but they never showed back up. Then today 5/9/2023 I left my house to ride my bike at 12:01 PM and got back at 12:16 PM so was gone for 15 minutes and I was here the rest of the day. I got a bill on my account but they didn't leave the card by the mailbox or any sign that they were here but it said they knocked and I wasn't home? I needed to confirm that they were here but when I called in the computer system was down and they could not access my account. They may have come but I need to verify they did so I will know to keep pets off. The agent I spoke with apologized for the mixup and said somebody would call and confirm later.
Tasks are completed on timely basis. Brenda Payton was very polite and explained what she was doing to our yard.

All I have to do is mow and you keep the weeds out and keep it green. Then if I see weeds or its not green all I have to do is call because of the satisfaction guarantee.
All good. The small strip of grass between the street and the sidewalk should always be treated. I ask the technician to do that area when I am home and they do that small area. I also ask that when they use the dry product, to use a blower to blow off the driveway and sidewalk of what gets on the concrete. They don’t always have a blower. When we started using your services 4 years ago, the technician always blew off the concrete but not so much anymore. That being said, TruGreen has kept our lawn looking very well.
