Anthony W was at my home today to do a service (WOPhone number removed221). He is EXCELLENT. He's been to my home before, is always very professional and courteous, walks around the yard with me to share advice and seems very knowlegable. I think he takes his job very seriously and is very customer focused. I recommend him highly.
PS, At the conclusion of the service, Anthony left the service ticket and a page entitled "Tell Me How I'm Doing" requesting that I log on to the website and give feedback. The form says I will need my account number which "Can be found on your service ticket." Neither is true. Nowhere has this feedback link asked for my account number nor is my account number on my service ticket. Only the work order number which I shared above.

In reference to Account #Phone number removed and our service the week of 06.26.23 that our Specialist Christopher did. Very helpful, answered all of my questions, and let us know the next steps for our lawn plan. He was fast and efficient. Actually I was kindo of shocked in the short amount of time that he took to spray our entire lawn which is .89 of an acre Based on our service alone that day I would recommend TG to a friend.
I did want to mention that my husband and I were under the impression that based on the phone call he had with a rep the week of 06.26.23 (NOT with Christopher) that our lawn would be treated for disease too as the rep told us on the phone that that grass was diseased. He said he pulled it up on Google Earth and could tell based on the area. Christopher told us that would be an additional charge to treat the disease. We just thought that the first treatment and charge would include that.

When there is a service failure you try to correct it immediately. When you call for an issue I would recommend that the dispatcher send out the correct technician with the correct chemicals the first time as it just causes additional damage to resolve.
