Anthony Dominick was my technician today. He called in advance to say he was on his way. When he arrived, he explained what the treatment for today would do for the shrubs. He was very polite and helpful.
I have had seven lawn services and three tree/shrub services this year so far and am pleased with the results even with the extreme heat we have had locally.
Anthony D. came out this today to do a tree/shrub services to get rid of bugs and plant problems. He was very polite and courteous. He came to the front door to introduce himself which was to notify me that he was there on the property. He explained that he would be doing a tree/shrub service today and asked if I had any questions, I did not have any. He carried out his service in a professional manner and then worked up the information sheet explaining in detail what he had just done. This information sheet was left on my front door and I also got a copy from the TruGreen website.
This treatment will work on active leaf feeding insects and slow the disease growth on my landscape and help prevent new development on new leaves. It was also recommended that I cut out some dead branches/stem from some of the plants.

Technician: Mario Rivera is without a doubt the best representative from True Green that ever in four years put foot on my property ! His knowledge about my lawn which includes issues I havee been upset about is without a doubt impressive. He explained his plan about how to improe the apperance of my lawn and how I could support his efforts. His customer relations approach is unlike any lawn guy I have ever talked to ! He expressed a clear vision of results to include a timeline that I could measure which did take into account upcoming service dates
He addressed every issue I have a confidence that makes me feel reassured that the company I have entrusted with my lawn service will continue to provide excellent support. lastly he told me to call True Green at once if I have any questions ?
If you could get all of your technicians to follow Maroi Rivera's leadership example; to include, his knowledge and customer relation skills other competitive lawn service outfit's would loose market share. You better reward this guy and train him for bigger and better opprotunities. If I had a company he would be a leader in my managenent team.

Eduardo Ruiz was exceptional. He was friendly and efficient, letting me know he was here and what he was he was doing to that the yard today! He even got the back yard, which other technicians have left undone. Superb service this may convince me and my husband to continue services!!!
Mario Rivera was extremely professional. He listened to all of our concerns as we walked the property. I was able to show him some areas that needed more addressing the others. He made some wonderful suggestions. What a great technician!

Mosquito service performed yesterday was excellent. Technician (Terrence Salter) let me know he was here and what he was going to do. Entire yard was treated, quickly but thoroughly. Send him next time.
On the other hand, service on 7/31/2023 was the exact opposite. I was remiss for not mentioning this disappointment earlier.

One wish......maybe you can apply a little more product on my lawn around my outside air-conditioning unit? I noticed, I have a lot of weed coming up on my lawn in that specific area. I think, the condensation water from the A/C unit is watering the weed and it is growing very well in that specific area due to that reason?

You always come when you say you are. RESULTS AND GOOD.
What I like is that 90 percent of the techs you send to service our property are friendly,
Courteous and professional. Once I explain where the boundaries of our property are,
they do an excellent job, delivering what I'm paying for.
But every now and then, you send out a tech who just doesn't perform the services I pay for. We have a neighbor, a trustworthy retired Registered Nurse, who reports to us when a TruGreen tech shows up, and just sits in his truck for an hour, never doing the job, and then generating a false ticket saying that he performed the service expected. Of course, I called a manager/supervisor, who, after defending this fine person, agreed to send another tech out to do the application. So I was treated right eventually. Another time, a young tech showed up looking like he was really strung out after a night of partying or something. He came to my front door before commencing the job and asked me for a sandwich and an energy drink! He said he was shaking badly, and felt ill. Of course, I gave him a snadwich and a drink, and later a Gatorade, but the whole episode was very off-putting.
To a lesser extent, I wish that you would send a tech out who had serviced our property before, so I don't have to go out and show him the various parts of the property tgat I am paying to have serviced. I think in all our years as loyal customers, we have only had one
Tech show up who was familiar with the property.
I intend to continue to employ TruGreen, because the goods far outweigh the bads, and we are pleased with the health of our lawns. Just thought you should know these things.

Service is very good when they show, there were some ocasións, when they don’t tell me or notify when is the next time of coming.
Your service has been much improved . I still have a a lot of broad leaf grass in my front yard.
