Mario suggested that I request an aeration, so I called and requested one (prepaid), and was told they would be here the first week of May. No one has aerated yet. Could you please schedule this service soon.
Logan Brown was the technician that serviced my lawn today. He arrived at the time indicated by the "App". He explained what he was going to do, while aerating my lawn, asked if I had any questions, and then answered all of my concerns. He was professional, patient, and willing to give advice on how and when the lawn should be seeded and/or watered. i was very pleased with this encounter with the technician.

I have a very challenging lawn. Initially Trugreen service technicians varied. When I requested the same technician be assigned to have consistency my lawn began to improve & I am much happier with the appearance.

Everyone from management down to the technicians especially Marquis (Mac) McCarthy and Justin Smith of our local TruGreen office located 160 Gateway CT, Columbus, GA is of the upmost professional, educational, understanding and kind. I cannot praise this local office enough. I LOVE LOVE everything about them, they ALWAYS put the customer first!! I specifically want Marquis McCarthy to personally treat my yard for bugs with TruShield and I specifically want Justin Smith to be our repeat TruMaintainance Lawn Service technician. Thank you

This is our 17th year with TruGreen (13 years with Austell Georgia Branch and the 4th year with the Columbus, Georgia Branch). TruGreen Specialist Mr. Mario Rivera performed both the April 22, 2019 and June 4, 2019 lawn service. Mr. Rivera is exceptional, he has done an outstanding job and is the epitome of professionalism. He takes the time to explain the purpose of the service and the treatment to take place, to make certain he answers any questions and allows us to express any concerns we may have with our lawn. We know TruGreen is proud and privileged to have specialists such as Mr. Rivera!

Noah is the only rep for TruGreen who has come to our door and PERSONALLY [ after servicing our lawn ] spoke w/us re: concerns on our TOTAL LAWN CARE! Sherry and I have had complete lawn care services from you for at least 5 years. Noah was specific in advising us of the large patches of brown grass, and what we could do to improve them back to being normal healthy grass, as well as several other issues. One thing he advised us about was to not water the grass in the evening when the temperature and humidity add up to 150. he informed us this could cause fungus to grow. NEVER has anyone told us this. Why?? Once he arrived, we walked around the entire yard and discussed the facts regarding the numerous varieties of grass we have. He even said he would have a special batch of chemicals mixed-up for some problem areas, when he returns. Sherry and I are EXTREMELY IMPRESSED with Noah's professionalism, and concern for our entire lawn's well being. on a 1 to 10 scale...Noah is a 100. Please ensure he becomes our permanent service representative. Chris...he is the best rep you have EVER sent to our house! He should be a supervisor.

Daniel has been working on our yard since January, and we're starting to see major improvements. Our back yard has been covered in weeds, but the grass is starting to overtake the weed growth, and we appreciate Daniel's focus on helping us get the green grass we want to have!
