My first application was supposed to be last Friday; however, no one ever showed up. When I called for assistance the person I talked with was very helpful and assured me I would get the first application. Greg Lemons came yesterday to do the first service and was very, very helpful. He explained how everything works and he did an excellent job servicing my yard. I give him an A++++

Tim Duggin came to my door, explained what he was going to do and I informed him that we have aerating and seeding happening next week so he changed what he was going to do so it wouldn't impact the seeding. He saved me from wasting money and possibly harming my lawn. Excellent customer service!!!!!

David Choate treated my lawn yesterday. I was fortunate to be at home and to get to meet him. He took time to look at some of my trees that I was concerned about and was very helpful in explaining what was happening with some of them--one was dead, and two looked like they would die, but he assured me they'd survive. All of this was not in his job description in caring for my lawn, I'm pretty sure, but I appreciated so much his taking the time to talk with me. He seemed like a good, knowledgeable, trustworthy young man, and I'd highly recommend him to friends.

The person that did my service today was great. Checked in with me and made sure he knew the places he should not aerate in case there was anything underground that he could damage.

Tim Duggin provided a great experience today and tailored the treatment to align with our lawn's recent aeration, seeding and fertilization. He was very helpful and professional.

The lawn and tree service is really good. I was not satisfied at all about the overseeding that was to take place last year. When the two people arrived at my house, they advised they could not complete the service because of the sprinkler system and the size of the machine that had. I had someone else complete the service last year and also this year.

The service techs that have been at my home this year are good. Today, Alex Miller serviced my lawn and he stated to me that he noticed that I had recently over seeded and advised that I should call in a couple of weeks to have him come back out and service again. Very thoughtful.
