Joe Butler, came to our door to inform us on what he was applying to our yard. I ask him some questions and he did a good job answering me. He was polite and professional.
I did notice that his tires on his TruGreen truck were bald! Makes the company look bad and it is unsafe for the driver and other drivers. A blow out on I24 with bald tires would be very bad!
I did point this out to Joe and he thanked me.

I get a phone call to let me know they are coming and what they will be doing. The tech comes to the door to let me know hwhat e is there and what he is going to do. The techs are nice.

Anthony Felton from Branch #5049 took some extra time to explain to me several things about my yard while performing a routine maintenance of my lawn. I could tell that he really had a passion for his work and I appreciate the extra time he took to try and help answer my questions. He was very friendly and professional.

The reason I did not give a 10 is because the service has not been consistent. Since Joe Butler has been servicing the lawn, the service has improved. He is very polite and helpful each time he visits. Hopefully, he will continue to service my lawn. Joe is definitely at 10. The personnel is what makes your service satisfactory to excellent.
