Simply put, they work. The previous years' aeration and seeding, as well as regular fertilization and weed control have resulted in a nice green lawn. It is a stark contrast to the surrounding lawns that don't use a lawn service.

The employees are always very friendly, professional, and concerned with giving the best service. They announce their arrival and ask if there are any concerns before they start the application. Tyler Solak was recently here and did exactly that. After he treated our trees, he came back to give follow up information on my issue.

Grass is looking good. Always very friendly and professional.

Less expensive than the local competitor. Since this is the first year of service with TruGreen, I really don't have feedback on what it has done for my lawn.

My yard has looked the best it has looked since I started using TruGreen. The ease of knowing when they are coming and not having to be here to let them in the yard.
The only thing I would do differently is try to coordinate when you are doing the services in the neighborhood. You do my yard one day, my next door neighbors yard the next day and neighbors across the street a different day. If you coordinated it better you would maximize service with less effort.

If I'm home and I go out to speak with the service man they are very nice and answer all of my questions.
