I like the warranty and intelligent people. Chemicals are all created equal with everyone, but it's the warranty that gives me confidence. The supervisors also get involved.

Today a Supervisor was helping the technician. Tyler Solak was excellent, and addressed my lawn that has had issues greening up. He was thorough, took more photos and will follow up with another supervisor SCOTT who's excellent. My issues are significant, but it's the warranty and people that have me feeling confident.

Your product has definitely improved the appearance of our lawn - your technicians show up when they are supposed to - and we get a phone call in advance of the visit.

I had a bad first year getting TruGreen to come out to treat my lawn. I almost canceled the program. It was prepaid and I was amazed. But I stuck with them and signed up for another year and they are meeting the schedule. So I referred them to my neighbor who is now using your company. One problem I have is spot treating weeds. If your guys spot treat, then I get more weeds before they come again. I think the weeds should be treated each and every time.
If the weeds are treated each time, then I don't notice them so bad before the next treatment. After all, that is what I paid for. Outside of that I am satisfied with the services.

Lets see if these get read. I am in need of an arriation of my yard. My neighbor who I referred told me that he got his scheduled, so I would like for someone to call me about that.

and in a very courteous way, explained that he was there to service our lawn. He said this
application was for weed and feed. When he finished, he again rang the doorbell and said
he had finished and asked if I had an questions. He has our yard looking great! We are

When I observed to Ryan Densmore that the violets in our yard would not go away, he proactively said he would request a complimentary retreatment in 2 weeks.
