I initially complained today about my service. Your tech accidentally serviced my neighbor's yard. Our street markings can be a little confusing. I overreacted in my response to Tru Green. After my complaint, I received a call from Ronald B. He explained to me what happened and came back within the next 30 minutes to service my yard. Thank you for owning up to the mistake and fixing it. It takes a lot of guts to face an upset customer and find a remedy to the problem. Ronald B should be an example to others within the organization as to how to treat customers, even an irrational one like me. I am sorry for my original review. Thank you Ronald B.

We have always liked your service. It keeps all our weeds under control & makes our yard look good. It also makes the grass grow & look pretty when it's cut, I do have one concern about my last service, when the service tech arrived they usually knock on the door to talk with me, I didn't hear him knock this time but my husband called me from work & ask me if I was at home & I said yes & he said the tech had called him & said he had knocked on the door & no one answered & said he was getting ready to treat our yard, my husband told him that I should be here & my husband called me as soon as he hung up with the tech & I looked out the window & seen the tech getting in his truck to leave. There is no way he had enough time to treat our yard & I went out to try & catch him & he was gone. I also went around & felt several different places in our yard & it was not damp & I couldn't smell anything that he had sprayed & normally all I have to do is walk outside after they are done & I can smell it without even checking the yard. I really don't think it was treated, 2 days after he was here my husband noticed mushrooms growing in our yard, I did pay the bill cause I can't prove anything but this will not happen again or I will not be using this company again. The tech's name is Jason Robinson & the date was 6/19/18.

I like the detailed report I am given after your services showing what was done and issues noted with the lawn, etc.
