Do a better job in actually killing the weeds, walk slower when putting down any of the spray fertilizer, weed killer, etc..the man walks too fast to ensure ALL the grass actually has been coated...

You have kept our lawn in good condition over the years; however, I would like to be able to contact someone locally when I have a problem. In the past, a number of times someone was scheduled to come, but did not, and yet reported that they had completed the job. Also, I have a mixture of Zoysia and Fescue. I put Fescue seeds out around mid September or early October. I do not need preemergence before that. The one who came around the first part of September was about to put som out althoug I had called and said I did not want it and would rather have something that would allow my seeds to germinate when I seeded. He said he would fertilize and put out weed killer instead. Later, i put out new seed, wattered every day for 2 weeks, and 3 times a week since. Here it is 6 November and no sign of new grass. It might be because of the hot weather or he might have unmeaningly put out some preemergence.
