Service has been great this time since we come back. The only thing that is problem we get auto notice you are coming and is usually the night before. It’s a problem when we are not home due to having to keep gates locked due to pool. I don’t like for them to just show up and do front then have to come back later for back. I have sent direct messages per text / phone to not come esp when we was out of town and they came anyway.

Today I was supposed to receive the service of "Fertilizer to thicken up your lawn" according the the receipt left. I have video proof that the tech only took hand fulls of something and spread it on a few bushes in the front yard and the on shrub at the end of my driveway. Nothing was done to the grass. I have the techs door recept in front of me stating the lawn was treated. My trugreen app states it was my Fall fertilization. The only lawn treatment we have received as of late was a preemergent and have not receive a fall fertilization as of yet. We did receive the notice of the fall fertilization was unable to be done and never got a reason as to why. While I am happy with how my lawn has progressed this summer I have had question about the level of the techs actually fully completing their jobs on my treatments. Seeing this today from newly install surveillance cams has me questioning this even more. If this was the tree and shrubs then I should have had my backyard trees etc done as well and the ones along the front of the house of which the tech never treated.

very dissatisfied with grub poison spreading . your company sent out a couple guffuses that did a very spotty job. I have complained about this before and received a refund last year.
But I would prefer better service.
I was told a general manager would be in touch in a few days...WELL where is he.The request was made last Sat. I would like for someone SEE my yard and talk about a fix.
