Lawn treatment technician, Curtis Brown was here first thing. I won't know the results for a few weeks but very nice man.
There is one thing I would like to see done on the Service Summary.: When weeds are "noticed", I wish the location would be SPECIFIC so I can observe what the technician saw and then I can follow the success of the weed treatment. I am gone most of the time when the service is rendered. As an example, this last visit wild onion or garlic was "noticed in...lawn and treated..." I couldn't find this. It's probable a programming error and detailed location simply is not an option. IT SHOULD BE!
Isaiah Gauthiner rang my door bell and gave me an overview of the services he would be providing as it was my first time using TruGreen. He took his time to explain the treatments, steps for me after treatmeant like watering the lawn and even mentioned additional services offered by TruGreen. Lastly. He even suggested that I get the app to better track arrival times. Overall great first impression and looking forward to future interactions like that. Great job 10/10.
