Very professional technician covered every single square foot of my lawn, without missing one square inch, of my lawn. The technician took his job very seriously and it showed and reflected in his work performance while he was applying the Lime Soil Treatment to my lawn. The technician paid extreme attention to detail to follow through and do a professional job. The technician performed his job task completely on his own, he knew exactly what & how to complete the job without me having to tell him how to do his job. The technician should be recognized for employee of the month if you have that for your employees at Trugreen.

For the tree and shrub, I really appreciate when I can talk to the specialist. Alisha Ritchey listened to my concerns, asked several follow up questions to make sure we were on the same page, and went right after our agreed path forward. She was extremely helpful in understanding the applications.
For lawn services, I am still struggling to obtain a consistent lawn and to be honest, I feel as though my lawn on the back has never looked worse. As I understand it, trugreen does not protect against moss and that is basically ok, it is my issue. I do feel though that I would not have as much of a moss issue if the lawn was healthier.
