We have no clue as to how this has changed. We built this house in 1994 and had yall for about 7 years. Then, we changed because we were not pleased. When we came back to you...there's this Ed fellow. We dont even know anyone by the name Ed Last name removed!!!!!!!!!!

Sorry, about losing my other message to TruGreen. :( Our lawn has not looked this beautiful in several years. We were considering dropped our service and going with another company. Then your company TruGreen sent Specialist Josh Anderson out to our home after i was very upset with our service. Josh talked with my wife and me about what our lawn needed badly. He has been treating our lawn, since then our lawn looks beautiful.It has not looked this pretty in years. Josh had a new guy with him this morning training to be a specialist. Can i ask a question? Can we have Josh Anderson service our lawn each time it is due to be serviced? Not someone else. Thanking you in advance.

I wanted to commend Quentin Walker for taking the time to inform my mother about what he is applying to our lawn each time there is a treatment. He is always willing to make sure she understands what to expect following each treatment.

Consistency
Always arrive when given notice except in bad weather. Very important for me to have a flag put in my front yard and one in the back. In the past the back yard has been neglected even though it is covered in my contract. Most of the time the flags are in both the front and back yards.
