This has to be the best summer my lawn has ever looked. When Trugreen came on on the scene, my previous lawn service kind of left me hanging, but over a period of time my lawn has become the lawn I always hoped it would be. Even my neighbors are asking me, "Who did your lawn?". Of course, you already know what I said......... From the lawn, to the shrubs to the ant treatment and lastly the mosquito treatment has been the bomb !!!! Thank you Trugreen .......

Ray (my Trugreen rep) calls to provide updates when he see a problem in my yard. He lets me know about any issue and provides a plan to fix the problem. Recently he found spider mite damage and evidence of lace bugs on some of my shrubs. He left a message explaining the issues. Once I called him back he provided information about the most economical but effective way forward to prevent my shrubs from further destruction. I appreciate that kind of communication and follow up. My lawn also looks better than ever this year; thanks to Ray and Trugreen!

The Tru Green specialist, Eddie Thomas, continues to exceed my expectations with his detailed customer service. On the visit today, he made a conscious effort to explain the lawn care treatment and asked if I had any questions. It appears that Tru Green has a solid employee training program.

Maurice Jackson is the expert that takes care of my lawn. He is very conscientious about his work. He is always very friendly and ready to advise me of my part of the plan I.e. watering and such. He is the best advertisement there is for your services,because of the above. I’ve had TruGreen for a good while, but Maurice has done the best taking care of my lawn. I hope he never changes areas. I depend entirely on him.
I have had two previous lawn care "specialist" and my lawn was "accidently" sprayed with the incorrect chemical last year and COMPLETELY destroyed an all centipede lawn that had cost a couple thousand dollars to install. I had already called a company this year to see if possibly they could bring it back and they wouldn't even try.
I called TruGreen and Maurice J pulled up with a look of shock on his face of "why am I here"??? I was sitting outside, extremely upset because I was out of options and money. He got out and told me there was no hope and he could do nothing. I literally begged him to please "TRY" and just see and after a few months if nothing happened we would part as friends. He was upfront and told me the centipede was completely dead. I knew that and asked him to work on anything green.
Maurice has pulled off what I term as a miracle. I have a mixture of Bermuda, Centipede and some other grass but it is solid green. It looks pretty, healthy and I cut it regularly. We talked the last visit on July 27th and laughed because my story has ended well with his help. He gives me advice on continued success and is very kind and understanding. You have a GREAT employee with this man! He's for sure, a "keeper".
