CX saw WILLIAM W (5768 BRANCH) driving flagged William down, due to recent service the tech a different tech poured too much product and burnt his lawn. William was apologizing profusely, he was very courteous, represents company very well. he applied a different type of fertilizer.
My lawn has never looked better since TruGreen has started their service.

Katilyn R has been so kind and professional. She talked with me on two occasions as we were having a discrepancy in what treatment was supposed to be applied, and offered me her managers direct phone number and contact information. She took the time to explain what she was seeing in their system and apologized for the problem. She has come back twice to apply the correct product and is thorough and effective!
