We have used TruGreen for several years, not because we liked them, but because we did'n have anyone else to turn to. After my wife made numerous phone calls trying to get TruGreen's attention someone sent Curtis Palm. Curtis took ownership of our yard and set out to make our yard look good again. Curtis took numerous photos and sent them to his manager asking him for advice. After 2 years of tlc Curtis has our yard looking much better and is on it's way to being healthy again.
We sincerly hope we get to keep Curtis as our lawn specialist.

I like the products and the service to my lawn. The associates that has come to my house, rings the bell and let you know what they are about to you and they are friendly. What I dont like: I don't like Trugreen popping up without talking to me.
