I am very impressed with the knowledge Nicholas S brings along to service our lawn needs. He is VERY professional and genuine. His expert advice on major bad issues are resolved promptly with his caring knowledge. My suggestion to Trugreen would be to do EVERYTHING in your power to keep him on your team!
We have experienced so many technicians that come and go with very limited knowledge or lack of concern. It's very comforting to hear knowledgeable technicians like Nicholas S complete major concerns with confidence.
