Professional and timely
We started using Tru-Green a couple of years ago because our "grass" needed help. With each visit by Tru-Green I began seeing the weeds go away and the grass beginning to spread and get green. Now we have a LAWN. I was cutting our lawn yesterday and realized how much thicker and prettier it is. I am glad that we invested in our lawn with TruGreen.

Today I had a great visit from Aliyah Harper who fertilized and sprayed my yard. She verified that our lawn HAD NOT been aerated two days ago on Tuesday, And she promised to report this fact to her supervisor.
Why can't your aeration team be as good and honest as your fertilizer team???? For three (3) times I have had my yard scheduled to be aerated, and every time the rep entered into his computer that he arrived and performed the service. EVERY TIME I was home waiting on my front porch for the rep to arrive--and he never did--but lied that they had. I called and reported each incident and had another visit scheduled BUT this last time--two days ago on Tuesday, September 13, I called and said I wanted a credit for the $255 aeration charge. I was told on the phone that the refund could not be entered unless a supervisor called me--and he would within 48 hours. WELL it's been 48 hours and I have not received the call yet. The ticket I received today said a David Jones is the supervisor. So, David call me!!!!!!!
