We rate MAX a "10." Today- 4/7 he perfectly did make-up 1rst Shrub service that he agrees was positively NOT DONE (as was claimed) on 4/1! Truck was not on property theh & must enter for spraying! On 4/1 service DID NOT OCCUR at all! ALSO-- same ISSUE-- 1rst Mosquito Service WAS NOT DONE as was claimed 3/30! We must be present for new 1rst services.
ALSO claimed: LAWN FERTILIZATION SERVICE-- NOT DONE on 4/1!
TRUGREEN Must RESCHEDULE: Our never done 1rst Mosquito Service and never done LAWN FERTILZATION
We've always required: 1 wk advance notice of service date (to allow gate open & attendance.)
Sometimes we Reset date. We follow day-of updates as man arrives. A call on arrival is great.
MAX and his partner are highly valued. LOVE to have him do all services he can!
