For the most part, the service and results have been great. Two issues, I’ve had to make several requests in the past for my service NOT to be done on Thursday. The same day my gardener mows the lawns. I think that has been fixed. The next issue is with the winter seeding. Last year, you seeded my lawns and they looked terrific! This year, for some reason, I was not told when they seeded the lawns so I didn’t get the chance to get the seed watered in before my gardener mowed. So now I have just small splotches of green showing through the dormant St Augustine. When I called about this I was told I wasn’t scheduled or subscribed for winter seeding. I asked for this to be done when I first signed up for the service. So now I have to pay an additional $50.00 to have this done this coming fall, 2023. Not happy about this. Someone screwed up and didn’t get this service on my account. There is no reason I would not have asked for seeding because the lawns look terrible if they aren’t seeded.
I have been a client of your company for many, many years. I am grateful to your technicians for keeping my lawn healthy and happy. I enjoy sitting outside and admiring the beautiful green grass and resting peacefully as I gaze upon my yard. Thank you for your service.

TruGreen sent technician immediately, upon request for reevaluating of initial treatment. I appreciate the advanced notification for service. I prefer a telephone call rather than email.

We have had TruGreen since 1993 when we moved into our home and the previous owners used TruGreen. Our lawn has stayed beautiful all these years and the technicians are always professional and friendly if/when they come to the door.
I do appreciate the call "Hi, this is Trudy from TruGreen" the day before the lawn application just to let us know they are coming.
I have recommended TruGreen to friends and neighbors and will continue to recommend TruGreen.
Actually, I'm really impressed. The consistency of coming and me actually seeing them work on the lawn. Seeing seeds or whatever is needed. And I see the effects working great. My lawn is FAR better than before.
I wish my neighbors would do the same so the neighborhood looks better. Maybe my recommendation would be to flyer their doors or send them a mailer.

Your service people are great! I just have a problem with your scheduling people. I have asked MANY times in the past NOT to service on Thursdays because that’s when my gardener mows the lawns and any product you apply gets taken up by the lawnmower. Not happy about this. I’ll try… again, to make sure you don’t service my property on Thursday’s.

Your specialists are professional, courteous, and very efficient in performing their duties. I love the way my yards are tenderly care for. The hot weather really does not help my lawns prosper as it should but your technicians are very diligent and properly caring for them. Trugreen Service keeps my lawn looking greener, year-round.
There should be "no charge" for this last application (in August) at my property at 10465 El Braso Dr., Whittier, Ca 90603, because I was overcharged somewhere between April and May, so you agreed to not charge for August.
The next application for this property should be in December, 2022, as i prefer treatments to be 3 times a year..........April, August and December.
