Customer service communication & expediency of service.
I love not having to think, or worry, about all the services you do for me. Over 20 years! It is nice to have trustworthy people who are good at what they do coming to my house. Little things matter. The people who come here don't treat all jobs as a one size fit all. Some years ago I had an outside dog who would hide when a stranger came in the yard. The guy knew she was there, which bush she would hide in, and made sure he didn't spray her. Through the years I've added a number of your services. The flea and tick one is a favorite as I rescue senior dogs. Never had any ticks and rarely have a flea (and they die soon!)
Thank you for coming out today. Thank you to Eddie Villa. Eddie explained how things would be done in the proper steps. TO BAD the salesman that sold me the contract was not as knowledgeable as Eddie Villa a true asset to the company. I hope in the near future to have the service performed at my home as the sales team promised me. Once again thank you to Eddie Villa and his associate that was with him at our home today.
