Cornelious, our service man, was cordial, always a smile on his face. He was also very informative-I asked questions about the service-when may the dogs on the lawn, what are you spraying for today, should I water the lawn and when. He answered them so well. He was also very patient as I put the dogs in the house from the back yard, and picked up all their stuffed toys!
The service people are very thorough in what they tell you they have done. It's all written out and very readable.

I would like to let you know that my technician Odas Bush is wonderful. He is very helpful and informative. The best technician I have ever had with TruGreen. He takes pride in his job.
And I have been a customer since 1978 starting with ChemLawn. TruGreen purchased them at some point.

The specialist, John Garabedian who treated my lawn on Jan. 24, 2020 was very thorough. I think he did a great job and much better than some of your specialist.

Routine service so l don't have to plan for it
This was my first experience today so can't say how it will all work out but today was a very pleasant and positive experience. Cornelius P was very knowledgeable, courteous and cheerful. My clover didn't even make him blink an eye!
