I love my green lawn

It's easy to communicate with your friendly staff. I receive reminder texts/calls to let me know when they are coming for a treatment to my lawn! With the proper amount of water, fertilizer and weed control, my lawn hasn't looked better!

Brian Banner is outstanding communicator and even makes visits if we have questions with our first experience with Trugreen. When a service is new one likes to be well informed and fully understand all the applications and process. Brian is exraordinary and ever so courteous and attentive!

It's all about the people. The individuals who have taken care of our lawn are all very professional and have always answered all of our questions. When needed, they readily returned to address any concerns we have.

My criticism is about the communications on your billing system. We understood based on when we renewed our Trugreen service for the current service period, that we had prepaid for the entire service period..then we started getting bills and collection calls..we had never been billed monthly, believing we prepaid for the entire service period. When I finally spoke with a Trugreen representative, I asked for a copy of our contract - I was told they could not provide one to me. However, I was told I could terminate our service at any time. We will compete the current service period, and will reconsider continuing thereafter in light of your billing practices

The tree/shrub and mosquito services seem effective

All of the service guys (except 1) have been very courteous and friendly and did a thorough job of spraying our front lawn, and spraying our trees and shrubs in both the front and back yards. I just wish I could be notified when they would be here so I could get my 2 dogs in the house before they come into our back yard.

Service has always been very good and the technicians seem very knowledgeable.

You are consistent - on time. One thing I wish for, however, is to receive a message -- either by phone or by email -- that you are coming giving the day or date. You used to do that.

I like how you call and leave a message before coming over to make the application. My grass is always green and the weeds are controlled. The gentleman that applies the chemicals is very professional.

My tech Jason T listened to my questions and concerned and handled them professionally and courageously.

The service technician, Gino, did an excellent job and I would like for him to be the one assigned to my lawn care going forward.

I like the consistency of being able to trust that the chemical applications will be done regularly. I have a large area to treat and do not have time to perform these myself. The technicians are always courteous and listen to my concerns. If an application seems to not have "taken," I am able to request a do-over.

Thorough and it works.

Our grass stays green, grows in thick and healthy, with pre emergent treatment we use far less water than neighbors, have far fewer weeds in the lawn than neighbors. With plant treatment, we have no diseases. plants grow and are healthy.

Ed Brisco usually does the spraying on my lawn. Ed is a very conscientious person and always does a great job. Ed is easy to converse with, is very knowledgeable, and has good advice on lawn matters. He is very thorough and quickly accomplishes the task at hand. I always appreciate Ed's attentiveness to the job and his efficiency in not only getting the job done quickly but getting it done well.
